Our classes at the Weatherley Centre are developing with the interests of the students – who are generally concerned with health benefits but have recently shown an extension into how the body works and the benefits of Tai Chi for activities in daily life.
We have even covered a small amount of the martial approach – pleasant surprise was expressed to see how this could be achieved without depending on strength.
Tai Chi is a low energy and relaxing activity – as one student put it “I go out of here feeling really relaxed”. Please see here for details of drop-in classes each Wednesday.
