I am delighted that my walking issues are resolved and I will be taking classes again on Sunday 15th and Monday 16th onward. I apologise to those who missed my previous notice but look forward to seeing you next week.
Classes cancelled this Sunday and Monday
05/10/2023I am pleased that our dates for October and November at the Swiss Garden – Shuttleworth – have been confirmed as Thursdays Oct 19 and Nov 16 – once again this is brilliant value to practice Tai Chi in such a delightful environment. Beginners are welcome to join our friendly little group on the lawn in the sunshine ( probably!) where closeness to nature aids calm attention.
Please see here for details and to book your session
Discontinuing classes at Biggleswade
27/09/2023Sadly I must cancel my Tai Chi classes at the Weatherley Centre Biggleswade as from today – if you are a Biggleswade resident and would like to experience Tai Chi then you would be welcome at the classes in Shefford.
Flitwick classes move to Shefford
25/09/2023Classes in Flitwick Village Hall have now been cancelled and revert to Shefford – please see here for details of Shefford Classes.
I am delighted to hear that Master Chen Yingjun is once again visiting the Reading Tai Chi group to present a seminar in November – his classes run from Friday 10th to Tuesday 14th. He will cover Silk reeling, foundation principles, Laojia forms and push hands.
No class in Flitwick on Bank Holiday Monday
24/08/2023Classes in Flitwick and Biggleswade
13/07/2023The summer is a time when many of us are looking for something to do between holidays and childcare – Tai Chi is a relaxing and calming option so from Monday 24 July I am pleased to offer weekly classes at Flitwick Village Hall on Monday mornings and at the Weatherley Centre Biggleswade on Wednesday afternoons. No need to book, classes are drop-in and mixed ability – suitable for beginners.
Classes cancelled
01/07/2023It was my first time in the carnival parade through Biggleswade – but I must say I was impressed at the number of people who turned out. I was please to join – since I started classes at The Weatherley Centre they invited their classes to join the activity train so there were health classes and dance classes and martial arts including Tai Chi. The weather was great and response was brilliant – I nearly ran out of leaflets in the first half hour! It would be great to welcome new people to our classes on Wednesdays at 2.00pm – there is no need to book – classes are drop in sessions each week and cost just £10 Dress code is loose clothing with flat soled trainers.
