After an absence of two years we are delighted to be organising the Shefford Tai Chi Festival once again on Saturday 30 April at the Community Hall from 10.am to 4.00pm.
All are welcome and there will be demonstrations and taster classes running through the day so people can drop in (no charge) when they like and try out Tai Chi exercises – if you have not tried it before but wondered “what is it all about?” then this is a great opportunity to find out and we look forward to meeting you. Refreshments available proceeds to charity.
