Re Tai Chi at the Swiss Garden – I have just heard that the Shuttleworth management do not wish to continue the monthly Tai Chi classes for 2024 – for those of you who have enjoyed these classes ( as I have ) then you would get a warm welcome at the Monday classes in Shefford – 2.30pm to 4.00 pm – including tea and biscuits!

We have had a great time at the Swiss Garden this year – so I am looking forward to this Thursday 16th which will be our last class for the year – so do wrap up warm and join us for the morning – why not grab a takeaway tea or coffee at the cafe and bring it on to the class.

Notice to class students attending this year’s Christmas dinner – I have now booked for 7.30pm on Friday 1st Dec. I hope to see you there.

I have been in touch with the place we went to last year – they cannot do the dates we discussed but they suggest Friday 15th Dec – would students please let me know if you can make it then?

As usual it is necessary to cancel some regular classes over the Christmas and New Year period – so there will NOT be classes on these dates:

Please note – re the Christmas Dinner – I am considering Monday Dec 4th or Friday Dec 8th  and would welcome feedback from existing students. Wed 6 is no longer possible for me.

It is looking like we should get some sunshine for the Tai Chi class on Thursday at the Swiss Garden and I am looking forward to working with our group and meeting the Peacocks again! In case the weather doesn’t quite go our way then we always have the cosy Garden Room. If you would like to join us then do contact the team here.

I am delighted that my walking issues are resolved and I will be taking classes again on Sunday 15th and Monday 16th onward. I apologise to those who missed my previous notice but look forward to seeing you next week.
